Baita Mountain is located on the banks of the Yellow River in Lanzhou City, more than 1700 meters above sea level, and is named after the "white tower" on the mountain. The mountain of Baita Mountain is undulating, with the majestic position of "arching golden city", and the "white tower layer" is one of the eight scenic spots in Lanzhou. From Lanzhou City, walk through Zhongshan Bridge to the north bank of the Yellow River is Baitashan Park. This is a public park open to the outside world, no tickets are required. The gate of Baita Mountain is in the middle of a building, facing the north of Zhongshan Iron Bridge, built in 1963. There are five big characters "Baitashan Park" on the roadside protection slope, and there are pedestrian trails on both sides of it. The park gate, the black bottom gold sign above the main entrance, has four big characters "Jiuqu Anlan", which is a book written by Mr. Gu Zihuilao, a calligrapher in Lanzhou at the age of 88. The mountain can see the vision of the Yellow River and the whole view of Lanzhou City. On the Baita Mountain, I sighed that the narrow and long Lanzhou City was the narrow and long Lanzhou City. The Wuquan Mountain across the river was clearly visible. Between the two mountains was the narrow and long Lanzhou City. Standing on the mountain to see the Zhongshan Bridge, the Yellow River, the buildings on the other side are still quite good.
Although the mountain is not high, it is historical. Although there are not many people on the iron bridge, seeing the citizens dancing here makes you feel that their life is also very happy. Happy, just on the mountaineering journey, especially for tourists to take a cool rest. Good place
Baitashan Park is located on the north bank of the Yellow River in Lanzhou City. It is named after the Yuan Dynasty Baita Mountain. The mountain is undulating and the suburbs are tied up, with the trend of arching the golden city. Baita was originally built in memory of a Tibetan Sakya Lama who died in Lanzhou in order to visit Genghis Khan in Mongolia. The existing Baita was rebuilt during the Ming Jingtai period (1450-1456), and the town guard Liu Yongcheng, the internal supervisor of Gansu, was rebuilt. In the year of Qing Kangxi, the inspector of the Qiqi supplemented the old and added new, expanded the temple site, named "Ci'en Temple" white tower body seven levels and eight sides, about 17 meters high, built a round base, on the green roof, each side carved Buddha statue, the horn of the iron horsebell. The outside of the tower is coated with white pulp, such as white jade. Baita Mountain was opened as a park in 1958, divided into three buildings, built on the mountain, moth red cinnamon, uneven, each building is connected by the pavilion and corridor, extending in all directions. There are elephant skin drums, bronze bells, and Bauhinia trees on the mountain, which are anciently called "Zhenshan Sanbao". Baita Mountain after many years of greening, trees and high forests, winding paths. The mountain is the Zhongshan Bridge, the two are integrated, become a must-visit place for Lanzhou tourism.
Walking through the Zhongshan Bridge, I came to the Baita Mountain. The highest point is the Baita Temple, but there is nothing inside. The doors are locked. It should have been possible to worship before. Now I can only see the Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River from a high place. We went up, originally wanted to try to do the ropeway, but later found that the ropeway is a bit expensive, not a long road seems to be 40 or 50? I don’t remember, the pit was not willing to spend this money. Later, I found that people like me who don’t have to eat more legs and feet can actually go up, and it’s not very tired and it doesn’t take long, so if you don’t want to experience the ropeway, it doesn’t feel too necessary. The cableway exit is the White Pagoda Temple. Personally feel that the cableway priced at 20 would be more reasonable.
Baita Mountain is located in the Baitashan Park Scenic Area on the north side of Zhongshan Bridge in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, on the north bank of the Yellow River. There are Jincheng and Yudi Erguan under the mountain, which are all ancient military to rush. The Baita was built in the Yuan Dynasty, Houyi, and the existing Baita system was rebuilt by Liu Yongcheng, the internal supervisor of Gansu during the Ming Jingtai years. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, the trees are shaded, and the corridor design of the view is rich and colorful. It is a good place to learn and appreciate. It is highly recommended for tourists to visit this trip!
