Laizhoushi Museum

Laizhou Museum, located in Yantai City, Laizhou Xiyuan Road, covering an area of 3754 square meters, construction area of 849 square meters, display area of 690 square meters, is a local comprehensive museum, affiliated with the Laizhou Culture Bureau. Laizhou Museum has three exhibition halls, the exhibition area of office buildings along the street and the Yunfeng Mountain Yunfeng Palace Exhibition Area, mainly displaying the basic exhibition halls such as "Zheng Daozhao Memorial Hall" "Brief History of Chinese Calligraphy" "Laizhou Wencai". The main collections include 468 pottery pieces, 338 porcelain pieces, 488 ancient calligraphy and painting pieces, 176 bronze pieces, 14 iron pieces, 359 jade pieces, 17 stone inscriptions, 1004 coins, 731 inscriptions, 423 books, 371 modern cultural relics, 387 modern calligraphy and painting pieces, 80 Japanese calligraphy and painting pieces. The number of collections by the end of 2019 was 5,787 pieces/set. In 2002, the Laizhou Museum was rated as "AA-level tourist attraction" by the National Tourism Administration.
