When I got there, I found out it was actually a private vegetable garden owned by a local, with a small patch of yellow-orange chrysanthemums. (Attached is a live photo) If you're coming just to see the flowers, there's no need to make a special trip, but you can stop by when visiting Guihai Qinglan.
