Changqing Park is the first comprehensive park in Chifeng City. It was built in 1959 and is located in the center of the city. It now covers an area of 6.3 hectares. The main scene of the park, "The Northeast Anti-Japanese War and Patriotic Self-Defense War Martyrs' Memorial Tower" was decided by the Northeast Administrative Committee and was inaugurated on October 10, 1947. The tower covers an area of 471 square meters and is 45 meters high, all of which are granite blocks.
