The admission fee is ３００ yen, but you need to make a reservation to enter the exhibition room from April 2013. For details, please check with the Yoshida General Branch Regional Promotion Division (0494-72-6083) of Chichibu City before going out. It's quite far from the nearest bus stop, so it's tough without a car. If you look at the learning hall on your right and go a little, you will find a parking lot on your left.
