Fort Ceperou

Good view

The fort is nothing interesting to see but you do get a good view from the top. Since there's not so much to do in Cayenne this is an ok choice and it's free.

Not really much to see here

Unfortunately the fort has been left to decay and there is no information on display to explain the history of the building either. At best a 10 minute diversion.
