Hotel location is OK, service and amenities is totally poor. Lobby bar closed and restaurant open 5pm. If want take one beer you need to go out..Breakfast was ok, not specially. Room wasn’t cleaned so well when I got it. I won’t come again in this hotel.

Crown Hotel has always been our first choice of resort hotel no matter where we go. This is the first time I am disappointed with the Crown Hotel in Zhanjiang. My baby is allergic. When checking in at the front desk, I specifically told the front desk that I must open a renovated room. I can't live in a room renovated in 2000. Well, the front desk staff will not pay attention to your needs at all and arrange a moldy and smelly room. There is water rust in the kettle. The air conditioning system is already full of mold. Later, I went to the front desk to change the room, but it was still the same. I ran to the front desk again and asked again, and then I changed to a newly renovated room on the 18th floor. The carpet and smell below the 16th floor are all moldy. (Decoration in 2002) I hope that friends who see the comments will not step on the pit. I don’t know why we have to run around again and again. Clearly express our needs, but just ignore them. The newly renovated room is still very unhygienic, with dust everywhere. The TV has snow.
