位置在明潤商場樓上，守着商場交通、用餐都很方便
很久沒有寫過酒店或者民宿的點評，這家民宿必須寫並且點贊，裝修一看就是用心❤️設計的，好有特色，設施也都好用，房間乾淨整潔，還提供一次性潔面巾、洗衣機冰箱都好用，老闆還給準備了新年小吃👍

房間真是暖和，頭一天洗的一衣服一宿都能幹，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，還能做飯，油鹽醬醋的，鍋碗瓢盆都有，浴巾，洗臉巾都是一次性的，還有馬桶墊也是一次性，有家的感覺

房間非常乾淨，温馨，設施齊全，配置的一次性抽紙，一次性浴巾和一次性擦臉巾非常好。房間有冰箱很新，洗衣機很新，新廚具一應俱全可以做飯，房東態度熱情。樓下生活方便，各種小吃和大型商超，晚上睡覺又很安靜。出門交通便利，總之，非常好！已在本小區入住兩次，下次來燕郊還會繼續入住的。

入住前房東專門發了指南給我，很貼心捏，位置也很好找，進去發現房間還蠻大的，而且很暖和很舒適！床真的超級超級軟，睡得很舒服。投影儀特別好用，看電影什麼的觀感都很好！裏面的裝修也很精美舒適。下次還來哈哈哈
