This hotel was a distance from the Hollywood airport, but when I called and asked for a shuttle, a driver came within 20minutes to pick me up. He gave me rather poor directions as to where to meet him, so I waited and texted him off and on for another 20 minutes before I was actually picked up.I wasn't familiar with the airport, so I did the best I could with my two pieces of luggage. Once at the hotel, I had paid for a room with two queen bed, but told the front desk lady I really preferred a king bed.She told me she couldn't change the room because I paid through a third party.The manager offered to help me with my luggage and I then asked him if I could get a room with a king size bed after seeing several small, loud children in the room next to mine.He was very nice and placed me in a quiet room with a king size bed in the back of the hotel. I finally got some sleep after a long flight. There is a restaurant on the premises, but the only thing I could really order in the sandwich category was a delicious, thick hamburger that took over 35 minutes to serve.There was a comedian in the next room who wasn't funny and just three other people there and nobody else in the small restaurant.The service was slow and the humor was southern. The room was spacious, all the lights worked, and the bed was comfortable.The shower/tub area was ancient, but had quick hot water. I really can't recommend this hotel in good faith after all the inconvenienced I endured. Because of all the inconveniences after a long trip from San Diego, I can't really recommend this hotel in good faith.

Front desk staff was friendly and polite. Very helpful when assistance was required. Location was good. Lots of options for food nearby.

I always stay at this location...Its always clean, easy check in process... all staff are friendly.

It was clean and the service was on point, front desk keep checking to see if I need anything. It was close to the beach and the airport I would recommend staying there it worth your money

To many roaches and the water didn't go down from the tub and the sink

Annisssa was great and very attentive when my reservation for my last night didn’t come through. Bill the manager is super cool and he is really easy going. It’s nice to go to place where all the staff is not so up tight. The room was nice and only one spot o the sheets which I I call a huge plus! All in all it was a good stay.

Front of the hotel rooms are noisy from the rushing traffic and the train tracks 100 ft away- rooms are clean and beds are pretty comfy- can make do for a night before getting on our ship, but wouldn't want to stay for an extended stay.
