Nice cute hotel in front of the cultural center, even the hard ware of the hotel is but outdated, but service is great, front desk are very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my stay there;)

Staff was not helpful. Needed help from front desk but to no avail. Did not solve my problem. Room Aircon was not working well. Felt stuffy and temperature was hot. Couldn’t adjust the room temperature! I called the front desk for
assistance. They send technician to check on the Aircon but again he didn’t rectify the issue. Instead he told me to open the window to get cold air. I do not agree as I have no privacy and it will be quite noisy as the hotel is close to the highway. I requested change of room instead. I have never encounter such unpleasant stay in Langham Place. I used to stay in your hotel in Hong Kong and other part of the world. Zhejiang Langham need to improve on their service.
