房間很乾凈，出門就是西湖，離斷橋很近，夜景很美，老闆還給小朋友分享了幾顆草莓🍓在房間點的外賣，送到門口，吃着杭州特色美食，看着春晚，這個除夕夜很難忘

服務：前台小哥很耐心，接待很快很周到
設施：網絡好像不是很快，進房間後信號衹剩一格，親子房因為是 loft 結構，下層冷空氣比較難暖和起來，所以衞生間會有點冷，要是有個風暖設施就好了，不然洗澡會有點冷
衞生：床鋪很整潔，茶壺有點綉咯需要更換了
環境：酒店位置很好👍出門就是北山街，斷橋，衹是因為這附近交通管制，不車輛不能靠邊停，包括公交車，所以大家要在附近能下車的地方走過來，也還蠻方便
