We had to come last minute from another hotel that was dirty. We have stayed with orange hotel before and we loved it . This time though the room was very very small. There was a smell in the room that “ me with allergies “ I couldn’t sleep properly . It smelled like mold or humidity not like the previous time we stayed . Because we came late at night I did not take the time to ask to change to a better room. Overall ok but I was bummed by the mold smell and size of the room .

Best service I’ve ever received at a hotel. Upon checking in staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was immaculate after service, clothes even neatly folded. Towels and bed sheets seemed brand new! Great stay, would highly recommend.

Great hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the breakfast that is available in the morning and also the access to clothing washer and dryer. Would stay there again.

The front desk took the initiative to upgrade my room when I checked in, and the service attitude was very good. Toiletries were also given as a gift.

The most serious review: I didn't take pictures of the room, it's the same as the ones in other comment areas. I booked the hotel for this weekend trip because I saw in the comments that the hotel's service was very good, so I booked it for 2 nights. I was deeply touched. The service was really really really good, not just for one person, but for everyone, making me feel at home! There was a small episode when ordering takeout this time. Actually, I can understand it personally, but the hotel's front desk lady really made me see full sincerity. Another thing worth mentioning is the hotel's self-service laundry. It's called self-service, but in fact the hotel staff will do it well for you. The robot can pick it up and deliver it to your door. It feels so good that you don't need to wash clothes when you come back from playing at night. In short, I have decided to book this Orange Hotel next time I go!
