Very basic room, not very clean especially towels look soiled. Discount 50% from pictures. If you are used to living in hostels than you may consider this. Large construction in front of building until 2025. Need to walk around it to reach Sunac mall. Decided to leave and go to a hotel instead.

這家公寓地理位置太棒了，離融創樂園超近！住在這裏，樓下就是小吃街，穿過小吃街，就是融創樂園門口了。公寓內部設施也很齊全，住起來非常舒適！

一月份有蚊子，管前台要蚊香片或者蚊香液，説從來沒有準備過。但房間裏有空的蚊香液瓶子，要麼也是住客自己買的？
被褥感覺不是非常乾淨有點泛黃，退房時候大中午前台沒人，有幾個香港人説等了很久了。他們還沒內地手機打不了電話衹能站着乾等實慘。

優點：特色波波池，孩子喜歡
缺點：老闆是煙鬼，前台濃烈煙味，對孩子不友好，房間衞生條件一般甚至有點差。雖然接近融創樂園，但樓層太低看不到
結論：湊合住得了，別有太大期待。

我預訂呢間民宿最初都沒有特別要求，但因為入住當晚 廣州塞車，所以遲咗入住。
首先 接待處 負責人一邊打機一邊 交房卡 ，我分配到的房間是盡頭旁邊一間，房 門破爛， 電子鎖利用房卡 開門 ，踏進房間地面有 黐立立的感覺， 像好像 沒有清潔過。 房間旁邊是一個小小的 工作台和洗手盆，工作台下的櫃門是破爛的。直 入上數級樓梯會到偏廳 ，樓梯也是破爛的。 因為樓下面對地鐵工程，非常嘈吵和整個樓層都充斥著煙味。 浴室玻璃門安裝得比較高，所以洗澡後的水會全數湧出外面。 熱水爐是儲水式，少少的一個熱水爐，我們一家要 極速完成。 缺乏厠紙供應。偏廳上的茶几，有一腳是斷裂的
