More than a month ago I stayed in this hotel, Ms savannah impressed me deeply. I really appreciate that she help me a lot with my problems, and she's super patient and friendly, I'll check in again next time when I have a chance.

Everything was good

The surrounding living facilities are complete. The Cantonese restaurant on the second floor has a good price-performance ratio. It is also very popular. There is an outdoor swimming pool, but it is a bit difficult to find. The confinement center in the same building seems to be very popular, and it feels like there are more guests than hotel guests. The restaurant on the first floor also seems popular.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was a bit hard but it didn't bother me. The requirements reported to the staff during check-in were met, and it was unexpectedly good. The only flaw is that when I booked the room on Trip, it was listed that members can delay check-out until 2 p.m., but I had to call the front desk after check-in at 10 p.m. to confirm before they offered to help me apply again at that time; unfortunately, it was not until the last minute that I could apply again. At around 12 o'clock the next day, I still called suddenly to urge me to check out. I was asked to apply again before I was allowed to check out at 2 o'clock. I felt that the staff's handover was insufficient in this regard. In terms of transportation, it takes 25 minutes to walk from the East Station, but taking a taxi is quick and cheap.

The hotel's hardware facilities are quite good, the lobby is luxurious and stylish, and the rooms are clean and smart, especially in the bathroom, which pays great attention to details. All in all very humane. Thanks to the front office for helping us upgrade to a deluxe room. Breakfast is also great, don’t miss it!

They asked about available rooms and allowed us to enter the room early to put our luggage. We stayed elsewhere for a day, and most of our luggage could be left in the lobby. I stayed here when I took my kids to Guangzhou. It's not far from Guangzhou Tower and the station. The bed was a bit hard in the room I stayed in for the first time, and it was a bit noisy at night because it was close to the railway. I went to Chimelong to play and booked again. They upgraded my room. The bed was very comfortable and the window was very quiet. The overall service was very good. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, which feels very safe. There is a 7-11 around the corner downstairs, and the street next door is full of food. The location is very convenient. The restaurant on the second floor is also delicious
