Could be better for 5 star hotel

Good relax and enjoy place

We rested at the end of April, it is clear that the hotel is still preparing for the season, but this did not create any inconvenience. The service is good, the staff is responsive, there were no problems with anything! All liked it!

A big and beautiful hotel. The rooms were large enough, modern and clean. Food variety in restaurants was satisfactory. Thanks to the snacks available throughout the day, it is possible to spend the day without feeling hungry. The pools are large and sufficient. They had a very nice celebration on April 23

Everything was fine. It was very crowded because we went on holiday. However, we did not have any problems. There is not much variety of food. The main thing was delicious. I loved the okra and fish buglama. There were enough vegetables and fruits. The variety and taste of the desserts were not good. There was a friendly staff. Everything was great.

It was a great hotel, we think it left everyone very satisfied with its Ramadan holiday concept.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The hotel's sea is not very good because it is close to the river outlet. The possibilities are great. Someone is always cleaning up the mess. It has a 24-hour restaurant and is empty most of the time. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are of high quality. The food was also of good quality, but not Uber, but still good. The shows were also very nice. Both the ambiance and the campus of the hotel were beautiful.

The hotel is excellent service at the highest level everything we would not ask for was received very quickly the service is excellent, the food is varied and very tasty for children full of different attractions ... we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel

Nothing worth the price or 5 star rated stay in All inclusive resort. Specially the food and buffet was very bad, food are cold and Old, On dirty tables they put new sets of cutlery for next guest. Staff very rude and unhappy, they do not get any food since the resort keeping the food to serve next day. Rooms are clean and nice, renovated, Pools cold but still clean and nice. Variety of food and restaurant very bad.
