The hotel breakfasts in England are the most lavish, while those in France and Italy are relatively poor with limited options. Switzerland has charming scenery, but unfortunately, it was snowing heavily when we went up the mountain, so besides a white blanket of snow, we couldn't see any mountain views. Hotels in Rome are relatively inferior in terms of facilities and other aspects.Trip.com picks
