Photos of Yueshan Park

Zhongshan Yueshan Park is located on a hill on Sunwen Middle Road in the urban area. It was established in 1934 and covers an area of 2465 square meters. There are pavilions, stone lions, stone mountains, arches and half-moon platforms, as well as a group of towering ancient banyan trees. According to historical records, there were originally 8 small peaks in this area, one of which was in the middle and was in the shape of a crescent moon, so it was called Yueshan, which is where Yueshan Park is located today. The remaining 7 round hills: Renshan, Wushan (Xishan), Shoushan, Fengshan, Yingshan, Fushan and Fengshan are scattered around, collectively known as Qixingfeng.
