Photos of Henan Art Center

The Henan Art Center is made up of five egg-shaped buildings and two spreading wings of glass. The five buildings contain the Grand Theater, Concert Hall, Multi-Functional Theater, Fine Arts Gallery and Art Gallery. The five egg-shaped structures evoke the shape of Tang Dynasty musical instruments that were unearthed in Henan. Walking into the Grand Theater, the overwhelming grandeur is reminiscent of the taste and style of the Central Plains. The Concert Hall is a dedicated venue for large symphonies and operas. The small Multi-Functional Theater is capable of accommodating relatively large audiences and is suitable for various types of performances.
