our favourite item from their menu goes to their beef balls, which are handmade daily. the texture and taste of these beef balls is unparalleled and cannot compare to those in Singapore. We chose the beef bone soup base and added fish sauce and shacha sauce (both available from the condiments table). the fresh iceberg lettuce were a pleasant surprise as well as it was crunchy and sweet despite being in the soup. on a side note, the beef parts are rich in texture, however u need to dip them in the sauce or order to bring out the unami in them, otherwise they will taste bland.
