Location is very strategic with big shopping centres such as Suning Plaza and MixC in walking distance
Lots of eateries and a food street nearby
Hotel is new, very clean with good facilities

The hotel was excellently located closed to many food streets downtown. The service from the front desk and service staff was vivid and pleasant. Their breakfast was so quite good value. The room was also good sized.
They had a gym and also clothes washing and drying facilities which is very convenient.
However, the hotel room and corridors had done strange odour like toilet water. That was not so pleasant.
Overall good experience for my first trip to Shantou.

Hotel room is very big and clean. I’ve booked non-smoking room and was very happy that there’s no stale or smoke smell in the room. Hotel staff were accommodating to our requests and friendly. Hotel is surrounded by many shops and two big shopping centres. Good location.

I have stayed in so many Atour X hotels, but this is the worst one. Don't choose it if you drive. It's not worth the 1,100 yuan room rate.
⚠️There is no parking lot. The parking lot is in cooperation with KTV. It was hard to find the first time I came. I was driven into the box by the security guard next door and stuck in traffic for half an hour... Then I couldn't find the hotel. I went around and around for nearly an hour around the hotel.
The room is very small. I couldn't find the room after going around and around in the corridor😂
Anyway, this was really the worst experience

The hotel has a great environment and excellent location. You can walk to Longyan South Road and there are many snack bars nearby. The staff has a very good attitude and the service is very thoughtful. Because of the heavy rain, the train was delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 4 am. The hotel also prepared shoe dryers and isatis root for us. Special praise to the beautiful front desk lady who worked that night! ! Thank you!
