#wheretogo Visiting the Teddy Bear Museum was my childhood dreams and now that I am a big kid, it felt great to finally earn some money and checked it off my list. Though I would say times and interest has changed, but I will never regretted coming to Jeju to see it. Teddy Bear Museum as the name says, is a museum full of unique teddy bears from different countries and age. It was quite fun to see so many teddy bears gathered and dressed up for different occasions. At the end of the journey there is a souvenir store, which shockingly still sells the same merchandise my aunt bought for me as a kid.

As its name, here is an idea to visit for Teddy Bear lovers and who interested in. Many zone that's quite interesting such as the first Winnie the Pooh, world's all time classic paintings x Teddy Bear, characters bear like Michael Jackson or Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany, and Steve Jobs. Entrance fees isn't cheap but still OK. For the exhibition of Bear dolls is good but for the shop, just soso nothing attractive. #GiveThanks

The Teddy Bear Museum, for someone like me who still has a childlike heart, is truly a delightful place to visit. The variety of adorably shaped teddy bears inside the museum really melts my heart upon seeing them. No wonder this place has always been so beloved and well-received.

There are a few exhibition halls in Teddy Bear museum located in Jeju island. At the next exhibition after “Art” you get to see Teddy bears turn into fashion celebrities. Including Teddy bear fashion show with moving Teddy Bears doing “bear walk”. Or Teddy bear dressing in Gucci and Louis Vuitton clothing. And remember the Korean drama “Princess hours” spot those bears that was in the intro of the very popular drama back in the 2000s… It was something I really wanted to do back then and I am glad I am here however as time passes. It does not get as impressive anymore. But one should just come once in a lifetime.

When I was in Jeju I finally got to visit the teddy bear museum!! I knew of this museum’s existence since I was a kid. And it was made even more famous by a Korean drama. In my video, this exhibition (story exhibition) is where you begin your walk. I’ve heard of this place since I was still schooling (it was built in 2001!) and can’t believe I am finally here! Never too late right? But I have to say probably visiting it in the early 2000s would be amazing but not in 2020s 😂. The stories exhibition showcases the bears dressed up in different stories, movies in the world. Such as Disney characters, titanic, Charlie Chaplin.

Even our entire charter driver is Chinese (graduated from Jeju University, young people from Jiangsu and Zhejiang). Before eating the emperor crab, of course, we took a photo to commemorate it. As for the cheese restaurant, the boss will perform and show you what is the longest and thinnest cheese, which is super interesting. The two representatives of Jeju cuisine, seafood and black pork, rely on the geographical advantage of being surrounded by the sea on three sides. Jeju's seafood is particularly fresh and cheap. There is a street for black pork barbecue in Jian'in-dong, Jeju City, which must be tasted! It is recommended to play for about three days throughout the journey! Take a day off and get up early to watch the sunrise over the sea.
