The Heilongjiang Military Governor's Office in Qiqihar was an important government decision-making center of the Beiyang government at that time. It was established in 1912. Its predecessor was a private residence in the deputy capital of Heilongjiang. It was built by Cheng Dequan and Zhou Shumo, governors of the late Qing Dynasty. This small courtyard was once the office of 12 important government officials in Heilongjiang. The style of the Overseer's Office today is not as good as it used to be, but people can still get the glory of the time from the main gate.
