In the middle of the fall and late October of each year, Hokkaido University is definitely a superb campus to visit. The red leaves of the garden and the well-known medical department has a long side of the ginkgo avenue like a golden warrior. A 10-minute walk from the north exit of Sapporo Station in Hokkaido, will take you to the main entrance of Hokkaido University. Visitors can also enter the school at will. I was very lucky to come here. The typhoon on October 22 brought a few hours of early snow to Hokkaido on the 23rd. On the 24th, the strong wind went away, the rain and snow stopped, and the sky became clear blue. The whole Hokkaido and the University's Ginkgo Avenue were filled with leaves because of the wind of the day before, and the sharp cooling caused the leaves to be yellow. The ginkgo branches on both sides of the avenue were interlaced to form an arched golden avenue. If you enter from the small side door, it is a shortcut to Ginkgo Avenue.
