Incheon Chinatown
Incheon was most known as the airport for travellers coming to Seoul, but Incheon also has a spot that has a history of Chinatown in Korea where early Chinese migrants settled down in Korea in the 19th century. Early settlers mainly serves as profession as restaurant operators, chefs, barbers, tailors etc. Together they brought in delicacies such as Black bean noodles Jjajangmyeon and Seafood noodles Jjangpong. There are many old Chinese restaurants still operating today, and many museums with collections of vintage goods as well as the memories and stories of the migrants. There is a musuem dedicated to Jjajangmyeon as well, which tells the story of how one of the favourite dish brought over to Korea.
This area has lots of Chinese restaurants and a Jajjangmyeon Museum! Walking around Chinatown on foot is easy and you can take the subway to get here. Great for pictures too!
