Absolutely beautiful campus! For anyone applying to college I would definitely recommend checking this one out. The university gets plenty of endowments so it's facilities are absolutely beautiful. But it also is not in the nicest part of LA

I love 'SC! What else is there to say?!! Make sure you check out the university's website for any cool events. There are always some awesome guest speakers to see!
Summary: Beautiful Campus. Everything is Great. The only negative is maybe the area surrounding the campus isn't the greatest but there does seem to be a lot of security. Parking: Tip - Park at PS1. PS2 might be good too but PS1 is solid. I parked at PSX and PSD for a while and it was always a pain in the ass. Hard to turn into the parking from the street first of all and then the parking is full of speedbumps and not easy to find parking. PS1 has none of these problems.
USC has one of the most extensive university community service programs in the United States. This was one of the reasons the editors of Time Magazine and the Princeton Review named it "College of the Year 2000." It is the oldest private university west of the Mississippi, founded in 1880 by a Methodist horticulturist, an Irish Catholic pharmacist and a German Jewish banker. It is the largest private employer in Los Angeles and one of the largest in California. It also has more international students than any other university in the United States.Especially known for the high quality of many of its professional schools, its diverse alumni include: Neil Armstrong, Warren Christopher, Frank Gehry, George Lucas, Pat Nixon, General Norman Schwarzkopf and John Wayne.
My alma mater. If you get a chance to take a tour, you'll find each building has an interesting story.
