Pollen Street Social, I originally asked someone to go to a restaurant I didn&#39;t want to go to, but they couldn&#39;t come temporarily. It happened that PSS had a place, so I changed the restaurant decisively. This is a Chinese food opened by a foreigner. The environment is much better than those Chinese restaurants on Chinatown, but it is very delicious. Most of them are Hong Kong-style dim sum and there are hot dishes. The service is good, the taste of the dishes is good, it is worth a visit.

Continues to be exceptionalWith the departure of Mr Araki and the loss of the three stars, questions were raised as to whether the next chef could continue with the same perfection and quality of ingredients. Having been back it is obvious that the level has not changed and we were extremely impressed from start to end. The food is creative and extraordinary. Yes the atmosphere is more casual and different from what it was but it &ldquo;works&rdquo; and reflects, as it should, the personality of the new head chef. We loved it.

Absolutely superb! Everything you would expect from a three star venue. Staff and service were out of this world. Not much more to say really. It would be remiss of me not to thank Alexander and Simon who looked after us on the night we were in.

This was my first time here, and let&rsquo;s say it is absolutely worth the hype and the money!! The staff is super nice and friendly, we managed to pre order two halal steaks, Rib eye and fillet. Both were cooked to perfection, tender, full of flavor, and grilled to our liking. We had to try the famous Mac and cheese with truffle, and it was amazing in all aspects, but be aware the portion is huge and it is heavy. Then we thought, let&rsquo;s try their dessert menu, and opposite to our expectations as a steakhouse, the cheese cake was great. A must try for all steak lovers, and if you are looking for halal options without comprising on quality, then this is your place to go.

如果让一个本地的资深牛客推荐几家牛排馆，Goodman必然榜上有名。从中午开门一直营业至夜晚十点半，如果遇上个别比较受欢迎的菜品，可能尚未到傍晚时间便已售罄。龙虾浓汤 (lobster bisque, tarragon and lobster cr&egrave;me fraiche) 在质感上可以再浓稠几分，然而鲜香带着微辣的口味，很是值得称赞。菠菜芝士意饺 (spinach and ricotta ravioli) 内馅干而乏味，反而配角黑松露、松仁和ricotta芝士间的默契让我实属喜欢。在重头戏牛排上，从Goodman自设的干式熟成 (dry-age) 就可以看出它是懂肉的行家。干式熟成指的是在一定温湿度下吊挂和风干牛肉，在熟成的过程中肉内的胶原蛋白和结缔组织会流失变化，因此让牛肉的肉质更软，色泽上大理石纹路更明显，风味上进一步提升。我点的是一份美国农业认证的黑安格斯 (USDA Angus Beef 150 day corn fed) 菲力，汁多绵软细嫩，佐以简单的盐和胡椒，美味就已超出我的想象。小小遗憾的是牛排下的那摊&ldquo;血水&rdquo;，看得出厨师在基本的静置放松 (resting) 的步骤上过于匆忙。总体评价；牛排美味高分，可以一访。
