Founded in 1985, Xujiang Park covers an area of 162.8 mu, including 19.5 mu of water and 2,527 square meters of various buildings. The park is lush with lush trees, beautiful scenery and fresh air. It enjoys the reputation of "the first park in western Zhejiang". The park includes five functional areas, namely children's playground, animal viewing area, painting and calligraphy exhibition area, bonsai breeding area and water scenic area, which can fully meet the leisure and entertainment requirements of different levels of people. In front of Xujiang Park, a Chinese watch stands with a red cover and a green cover. The front of the entrance is a fish pond, a fence, a rockery, and a stone cave. Frog mouth spray water, dragon mouth drooling, children play in the water, carp leaping waves and other stone carvings are lifelike. On the right is the children's playground, with windmills, small trains, yachts, spiral staircases, lotus turntables, electric cars, and airplanes, which not only amuse children, but also adult tourists. A little to the east, there is Monkey Mountain, where monkeys of all sizes climb between rocky rockeries. Cross the arch bridge, follow the stone path to the north, twist and turn, the trees are lush, the grass is paved, the sweet-scented osmanthus bushes are fragrant, and the fragrance under the magnolia tree is striking. From the top of the mountain, the twin towers seem to be strangling the water from the north of the river, and the day when the stone birds (Jigongshan) want to peck the three autumns and fall to the west, is a spectacle. Go down the stone steps, admire the moonlight of the lotus pond, and climb up the stairs before the end of the show. Suddenly, the land is flat and open. Its quaint building is "Xujiang Art Garden". From time to time, there are exhibitions of calligraphy, painting and seal cutting, where artists are pondering and learning from each other, which is also quite interesting as a "senior paradise".
