Fisherman Building, built in 1928, is an artistic building designed by the famous designer Albert Kahn. The building is extravagant and seems a little out of place in the city of Detroit, but it does the job of dividing Metro Detroit from its suburbs. And fisher is the surname of the brother who built the building, just transliterated as fisherman.
