The location is a little off, but the hotel facilities are good, basically matching the domestic five-star hotels, the service is also very good, and the price is reasonable. It is not far from the city center, highly recommended

My girlfriend woke up with bites from bedbugs after staying here. Great hotel other wise but that ruined it instantly.

The hotel and staff were all excellent. There were quite a few homeless people around, so I'd feel a little uncomfortable walking around the neighborhood after dark.

Really beautiful brand new hotel. We were in and out for the football game so just stayed one night, but the staff made everything seamless and was super friendly. The rooms are great, beds very comfortable, biggest tv I have ever seen in a hotel room. The neighborhood is not all that interesting—a few good restaurants nearby but otherwise it’s kind of a long walk to get to most other things. But with Uber who really cares anymore.
A hotel/room like this back home in NYC would cost $800-$1,000/night easily, so we felt like it was a great value.

When we tried to check in they could see our reservation but did not have a room for us. We were supposed to be able to check in by 3pm. We arrived at 3:45 pm and had to sit in the lobby until 5:15 pm. Multiple people came in after us and were given immediate rooms. We were staying here for my work Holiday party. The party started at 5:30 pm. We only had 15 minutes to unpack and get ready. So frustrating.
