The food was good, however I would have expected more for a restaurant in this price category. There is no website to view the menu and other details. Several items on the menu were not available and no substitutions were offered (no shrimp tartar, no strawberry dessert, no coffee with condensed milk). Securing the table required a credit card, which gave the impression that the restaurant is in high demand, but it was half-full the entire time I was there for dinner. The building is under construction, which isn’t obvious unless you have to use the bathroom, which then requires walking through a deserted hotel lobby, which smells awful, which quite frankly, doesn’t make for a nice customer experience.
