A bit challenging to find (quite a way into Soi 31, with limited parking) but well worth the effort. Just take a moto bike from Prong Pong station. Excellent Eggs Benedict and an interesting array of salads. Apple pancakes are great. Customizing extras like well-toasted bread and a side of avocado were not a problem. Great coffee. The owner is on-site in busy periods and ensures things are well-tended to. Lovely staff - excellent English. A bit noisy due to all the hard surfaces, but still.... fun. We will return!

Those are just a few words to describe brunch here yesterday. I didn&#39;t expect much beyond a hipsterish grocery/cafe, but the food and great service really surprised me. We had 3 dishes, a cleansing juice, and a Vietnamese coffee. The juice was (as I enjoy it) nice and earthy, with plenty of vegetable/fruit chunks to prove it&#39;s authenticity. As for the 3 dishes, we had the quinoa/cauliflower/pumpkin frittata (tiny bit bland but the cheese helped), kraprow quinoa (pretty standard, with a neat health twist), and the absolute star of the morning, the sausage risotto (highly recommended!!). The ambiance was cool and relaxing, with what I believe was a Duke Ellington album playing in the background. Quite perfect. Looking forward to going back and trying more dishes in such a comfortable atmosphere!

Although this restaurant is called simple, it is far from it, with the latest music and great food. The only improvement could be the portion size. It&#39;s enormous!
