Longhua Temple

Longhua Temple (Living Buddha Temple), built in the late Tang Dynasty (904~907), has a history of more than 1,000 years, is Yunnan's oldest Buddhist monastery and the most well-preserved ancient palace-style buildings. The temple is preserved with wood carvings, brick carvings, stone carvings and calligraphy and painting artwork.
