Chongqing Wushan County Xiazhuang Village is located in the hinterland of Qinba Mountains, with cliffs on all sides, as if trapped in a deep well, is a veritable "Tiankeng Village". The people of Xiazhuang, who are not willing to "sit in the well and watch the sky", are determined to dig a "road out of poverty" on the cliff, and completely break the poverty life inherited from generations in the village. Starting in 1997, seven years later, more than 100 villagers leaned on their shoulders, carried them and carved an 8-kilometer "blood road" with their hands, six of whom died.
