Wangjiaxiang Memorial Park

Wang Jiaxiang Memorial Garden is located between the Yangtze River and Zheshan Mountain in Wuhu, adjacent to Wuhu No. 11 Middle School. It was built in 1986 to commemorate the 80th birthday of the proletarian revolutionary Wang Jiaxiang, and was later expanded to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Wang Jiaxiang's birth. Wang Jiaxiang Memorial Garden is not a cemetery. It is his memorial hall. You can see the daily necessities that Wang Jiaxiang used before his death and learn about his life. When you come to the memorial park, you first arrive at the memorial square at the entrance. There is a full-body bronze statue of Wang Jiaxiang in the center of the square. There is a relief corridor on one side of the square. You can choose to join the party, take group photos and other activities in this square. Walking towards the depths of the memorial park, there are three pavilions in it, all of which look like old villas. The greenery in the garden creates a solemn atmosphere. Outside the exhibition hall of Wang Jiaxiang's life stands a bronze bust of Wang Jiaxiang. The museum introduces Wang Jiaxiang's contributions and achievements in various periods of the revolution, and displays his relics, letters and photos. The comprehensive museum of Wang Jiaxiang Memorial Garden is opposite to the life exhibition hall. There are VIP rooms and video halls in the museum. Generally, this museum can be viewed from the outside. To the east of the complex is the Wang Jiaxiang Memorial Garden Collection, which reproduces Wang Jiaxiang's office and bedroom, and collects his books and used items.
