It used to be beautiful

Nothing to see here now
The heras fencing has a wider perimeter than the previous photos depict so cannot see anything much. From above you can see that it's crumbling and masonry falling away. On the reverse of the hill is...
Not much to see
The area smells bad due to trash bins. More like an abandoned building than attraction. There are fences so you can't really get in.
An area with great potential
Right now, at the top of the hill overlooking the city moat, they are opening a pub/club, which I think is a wonderful idea. It will certainly liven up the whole place that seemed to have been neglect...
