Beautiful building in a small but very nice park with a small pond and some nice walkways. Amazingly this building was destroyed during the war and rebuilt to its former glory.
You can enjoy the outside of the building while you stroll in the park. Don't forget to see both sides of the palace. It houses the national library now, it' s not a museum.
