The facility is superb. There is an excellent lobby/reception area, dressing room, well equipped, 2 rings, cages, plenty of heavy luggage and of course a full set of cardio and weight training equipment. I am a visitor to San Diego and all the staff treated me like old friends. Setting up training was very easy, the front desk staff was definitely the friendliest trainer I have ever experienced (I do Muay Thai with Erik and boxing with Gio) was very friendly, fun and of course very experienced and expert in their respective fields. I give this gym my highest recommendation and I will definitely come back when in San Diego. Don’t even hesitate, just go and you won’t regret it!
