This park is one of the two created in the city in the 19th century and of which it could be called very "cucos" (or monkeys).
Roses are sparse in winter
It is a park on the Poniente Bridge on the banks of the Pis Elga River. Since it is named a rose park, rose flowers will be in full bloom in spring. When I visited, the thorns stood out.
