Lots of uphill and downhill climbs but well worth the effort. Bring water and a lot of energy! Not good if you're with elderly or children that dont want to hike.

Challenging but Rewarding

Very recommended
The road is easy if you're wearing good footwear, I wouldn't do it with children under 10 years, there are many stones very bark.
