The park is fine, the customer service however....We went there LESS that a month ago and I was charged for chicken wings when I bought my pass for the kids. I just noticed the overcharge and called there to see if they would refund me for something I didn't buy. Was was told they couldn't because it was 30 days. We went on the 7th of July and today is the 4th. When I noted that, I got well it's in 4 days so no, we won't do anything about it. I know it's 12 bucks, but if you really want to lose a customer because you are too lazy to fix an overcharge within the time frame? We'll find some other place to have fun, I don't like being ripped off.
