I walked here from the suspension bridge and then did the loop around on the other side of the river. It is really interesting to walk through the old turbine room.
Very interesting. A quick 200 metre walk to the old power station. There were a couple of canoeists coming down the river, which was all the more interesting.
We drove here instead of hike from Cataract gorge. Free entry and ample free parking, the bridge is just 5min walk from the car park. Lots of historical details in the now vacant power station. Short ...

A great walk and interesting history
