Imbued with history and atmosphere
Visiting this ancient abbey is a unique experience not to be missed. As well as a place of worship, it has been a home for the monks and place of refuge and comfort for others.
Top notch
A lovely Abbey that’s been well preserved by many hands over many years. Great Roman mosaic floor by the abse, too . Well worth an hour or two & a trip up the tower !

Very nice abbey, with fee entrance. Beautiful inside. It has some lovely inner gardens, as well as a crypt where they keep the remains of Valerien.

Gorgeous abbey. Luckily we had a French speaker with us, as no English translations were available. We enjoyed our visit greatly.
Another of God's Great Buildings
Do not avoid visiting here. Unless you speak fluent French get an audio guide. Wonderful arches on top of massive columns. Mosaics a plenty and don't miss the crypt.
