The Living Art of Weeping Plum Blossoms ...
Absolutely amazing to say the least ... this somewhat secret garden is going to become VERY, VERY popular, over the next few years. One man has collected over 200 of the finest "Kureha Shidare Ume" fr...
I visited by private car. It was raining, so the parking lot seems to be a little vacant. The scenery of the large weeping plums is hard to see elsewhere. The admission fee was worth 1800 yen. Unfortunately, it was almost a kind of red plum and there were few color variations. The park is large, but it wasn't like staying long because it was a little monotonous. It was near Tsubaki Dai Shrine, so I went to visit after this.
It is conveniently located from both Higashi Meihan Road and Shinmeishin, and is a famous place for plums. I went to 3 Moon 8 day, but it was still in bloom for three minutes. I'm going to go again because it seems to be in full bloom on 3 month 15. The entrance fee is not cheap at 1,700 yen, so check the flowering status. There is no restaurant, but you can buy light meals for mobile sales and Suzuka's specialty conger eel sushi. The souvenirs were substantial.
It's the first time I've ever had such a wonderful plum blossom.

It is a view of the plum garden. I was surprised that there were so many people despite the corona disaster. What kind of place does this number of people gather in this countryside (excuse me) with hundreds of private cars and motorcycles, sightseeing buses? I visited, but even though the marvelous plum garden and weeping plum blossoms were in full bloom, the entrance fee was strangely not the highest. It seems that this is a system where the price varies depending on the bloom of plum blossoms. It is not very conscientious. When you enter the highest day, you will also make 1700 yen, but it is worth enough ...
The weeping plum is a wonderful garden. I think the scenery where many colorful weeping plums are blooming all at once is something you can't see anywhere else. It's just off the Shinmeishin highway. However, 1 It may be unavoidable because it is run by a private company, but the entrance fee is a little high at 1700 yen. Well, I don't feel like I can see this kind of weeping, but I wonder if it's okay. It's just worth a look.
