Built in 1561 and soon after a residential area was built around the mosque. This little area became known as Ferhadija. The mosque itself shows the complete Ottoman style with domes and portico’s.

It’s an old mosque in the capital. We stopped by during our first day walking tour. Mosque is Many surrounded by many restaurants and cafes.
