Satsumasenouchi Station, the stop of the Kyushu Shinkansen, was a new station that seems to have been created in line with the opening of the Shinkansen. There was a tourist information center in front of the ticket gate on the 2 floor. We passed here around 5 on weekday afternoon. It was already closed. 5 I think it's unavoidable that the windows will be closed at the time, but at least I hope you can get tourist pamphlets.
Satsumasenouchi Station, a stop for the Kyushu Shinkansen. After checking in at the hotel at the north exit of the station, we passed the station toward the south exit to have dinner. The station building is built across the railroad tracks. There was a tourist information center opposite the ticket gate on the 2 floor of the station. I think we went around 5 in the afternoon, but the information center window was covered with sheets. At least I wish I had lined up on the shelves with tourist pamphlets, but that's ...
It is right in front of the ticket gate. There are tourist pamphlets and timetables for city community buses. Next to the information center, there is also a break space and a kids corner where children can play.
There is an exchange base "Tsunhiroba" in front of the ticket gate of Kawauchi Station, designed by Eiji Mitooka, and it is a warm space such as wooden playsets. There is a tourist information center in one corner. Since it was my first time in Kawauchi, I was able to go sightseeing meaningfully by telling me about the access to Nitta Shrine and the surrounding sightseeing spots. The recommended "Torioi no Mori" was good.

I stopped by before sightseeing in Kawauchi. There are plenty of pamphlets, so it was very nice to get information before sightseeing.
