Chiesa di San Michele

It’s a relatively easy walk from Galbiate to the unfinished church in San Michele. We did it on a very cold afternoon.

The road from Galbiate into San Michele is in excellent condition; and the scenery is spectacular. Once past the church the cobblestone path continues down the mountain and onto Lecco.

A beautiful walk to arrive at St. Michele to see the uncompleted Church of St. Michele. Once a year they also celebrate. There is also a hat where the statue of S... was kept in custody
