We went to Tehachapi for a weekend of bicycle riding and saw the vineyards so we added them to our itinerary. Triassic was in a wonderful location, the weather was superb with a lot of sunshine and a gentle breeze. I was sitting at a table by myself waiting for my wife and friends to show up and the owner, Jim, just walked over to my table, sat down, and talked to me for 10 minutes until they arrived. Later during our tasting, he came back, sat down again, and gave us the whole story of his purchasing of the vineyard, how the tend the grape vines, and lots of other interesting info. Loved it all and the wine was delicious. We bought several bottles and had them with our dinner that evening.
