My parents loved how u have turned the old railway station into a new place for people too mill and really very clean

History

Was fortunate enough to have a tour through the old signal box, it’s a pity it’s not open for regular tours. Interesting what was involved in running the old railway.

For those of us old enough to remember this is where the train us to arrive when traveling from Melbourne it is so nice to see that a little bit of history has been kept shame the old station has gone

Reminds me of my childhood. How lovely that they've kept this detail of the streetscape. Worth the drive by!

(?) Not sure why it's there

It seems odd to see a signal box in that location. Evidently no one had the heart to demolish it, so that says something good about the people of Sale. Could be confusing for a visitor looking for the...
