Not a must see. Chopin didn’t ever visit Brazil but there is an interesting story behind how the statue got here.
The statue is located on the promenade overlooking the beach at Vermelha about a 100 metres away from the entrance to the cable car to Sugar Loaf Mountain. We noticed it as we went for a walk to look ...
