Chen Hongjin then stopped the soldiers and returned to the Song Dynasty, and finally saved Fujian from the scourge of military disasters. Since then, the Northern Song Dynasty has basically unified the country, and Chen Yinggong was also awarded as "General Pingyi". Chen Yinggong also invented the "salt-salt method" to make sea salt, which saves costs and can be produced in large quantities. It is widely circulated in various coastal areas. It is greatly promoted by the court. The later people respect it as "salt god" and sacrificed for generations. Chen Yinggong Memorial Hall is located near the Confucius Temple in Putian Hanjiang District.
